Love,
Mommy

I miss you so much it’s not even capable of being put into words my heart hurts like someone hit it with a sledgehammer I never believed or thought a day like this would come…living while knowing you ain’t here anymore hurts so much…I’m crying as we speak cuz I love you sooo freaking much I’m so sorry I wasn’t there to help or at least try..This is genuinely the worst week I've ever had to go through in my life and I found out so late…I wish I could’ve shielded you from everything but life ain’t so fair. I’ll see you on Saturday I love you so much..

I’m sorry. Ik we haven’t talked in forever but I still feel like I should’ve tried something..anything..

This is sadly the only photos I have of me and you, i still can’t believe you’re gone. I remember when we first met in 3rd grade when I moved to reading, we talked and we became crush’s to a point where I asked you on at 8 years old on my knee with a ring pop. I’ll always look at ring pops different because of you. It was my favorite memory of us especially because you had said yes. We talked and got “together” multiple times during middle school even though we weren’t the best we still held on to each other even if we didn’t work out we stayed friends and you’d tell me all your stories about school and how you hated how people were cuz they treated people bad and I never imagined this would ever happen. We use to call a lot and you’d tell me how much your little brother loved bluey, my brother started watching it too and I miss you. You always told me you thought of me as a best friend and I just can’t believe you’re gone. I’m alway gonna think about you and you’ll always have a spot in my heart. We texted a couple times in 9th grade and we were supposed to try again like we always talked about. “Let’s try to workout when we’re 16-17” “when we can actually go out” I still hold on to those words and I’ll always hold on to them. Things weren’t supposed to end like this at all. I’ll always regret not going up to you and telling you how I felt but I know you’re watching over everyone who cares and loves you because your heart has always been that big. Even if people didn’t see or hear the history between us I’ll always cherish the thoughts and memories of you. I love you Gabriella. (I still remember writing your name on my arm and showing my mom :/) I can’t explain what I feel but I wish I could turn back time to get one conversation with you. I love you gabby. ☹️❤️

I will always love my beautiful baby I will always miss u and all the fun memories you and I had. This year is going to be hard and a struggle but I will try my best for you and me to graduate cosmetology. I know how much you loved every thing that was pink and just bright and bows. I know that God took you away because it was your time baby. I’m so sorry that I couldn’t help you more and talk about it more but remember I will always cherish the times we had and continue having. Gabby don’t forget I know where you rest and I will come visit you as much as I can and yap to you like I used to every day.🫶🏼

i hope she knows how much love & light she brought to this world. The rest of high school will never be the same, but i know she will watch over me through every step. Thank you for all you’ve done for me & the rest of your community gabby. As long as i’m here, your name will never be forgotten. 💞🕊️

My heart breaks for you. I am forever grateful to have met her and to have her family in my life. God bless you all

For My Beautiful Twin, Gaby

My name is Catori, and I’m writing this with a heart that still can’t fully understand that you’re gone.

Gaby, you were one of the brightest, most fluorescent souls I have ever known. You carried this beautiful pink light everywhere you went. You loved so deeply, you cared so much, and you had such a beautiful passion for cosmetology and beauty. You had a way of making the world around you feel brighter just by being in it.

You weren’t just my best friend—you were literally my twin. We called each other that because somehow, you understood me in a way that felt effortless. Getting to spend time with you outside of school, hanging out, connecting, laughing, and seeing the beautiful girl behind everything is something I will forever hold close to my heart.

I miss you every single day. I miss your presence, your energy, your love, your light. I wish I could have one more conversation with you, one more laugh, one more day together. There are so many things I wish I could tell you.

I wish you could have seen yourself the way I saw you: bright, beautiful, loving, talented, and full of a light that was impossible to ignore. Your life mattered. Your love mattered. You mattered.

I will carry you with me for the rest of my life. I’ll remember the pink light you brought into my world, the memories we made, and the bond we shared as twins. Although I wish you were still here, I promise that your memory will never disappear from my heart.

I love you forever, Gaby.
My twin. My best friend. My beautiful pink light.

Forever missed. Forever loved.

— Catori

We’ll watch the skies and find shapes in the clouds, and I know we’ll see the most beautiful princess dancing in one of them. And we’ll know it’s you, dancing to our Spanish songs like you always should. 💕👑☁️🕊️

Layla promised she’ll have a “late night” with you every year on your birthday from now on. I hope you know how much she wishes she could have stayed awake that night on hers, but she’ll keep that promise for you, Gab, and carry that little piece of you in her heart forever. ❤️✨🕊️
