Born in Reading, he was the son of Harry Cline Sr and Jacqueline (Wall) Nealy.
In addition to his parents, Harry Jr is survived by paternal Grandpop Harry Johnson, 4 sisters Tynesha Wall, Shadonna Mayfield, Jovonna Clark and Sharese Nealy, 4 nieces, 4 nephews, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
Harry Jr is predeceased by maternal grandparents Jack Wall & Madeline Wall, paternal grandmother Clara Nealy.
