Herman Eugene Dixon, 56, formerly of Reading, passed away April 13, 2016 in Buffalo General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Emporia, VA, on June 6, 1959, a son of the late Robert Thomas and Susie Mae Dixon.
Herman is survived by his children: Sarina N. Dixon of Reading, Jerimiah M. Dixon of Reading, Christopher E. Dixon of Buffalo, NY; 2 sisters, Mary Ann Lee of Reading, Beatrice W. Dixon of Reading; his brother, William P. Dixon of Reading; and 7 grandchildren.
Services will be Friday, April 22, 2016 at 11 a.m. in God Praise and Worship Temple, 435 Schuylkill Ave., Reading. Burial to follow in Pleasantview Cemetery. A viewing will be Friday, 9-11 a.m., in the church.
