Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Berta (Brubaker) Cole.
She was employed as a knitter for 15 years with the former Camp Hosiery, Reading, until retiring.
She was predeceased by a son, Brock Young, and by 5 brothers and sisters.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township.
