Janet Louise Greth

Janet was born in Reading on January 14, 1947 a daughter of the late H. Roger Brown and S. Eleanor (Ramsay) Brown.

Janet was a 1964 Mt. Penn High School graduate, and then received her Bachelor's degree in elementary education at Kutztown State College in 1968. She was a school teacher at Twin Valley from 1968-1977 and stopped teaching to raise her family and also babysit children. In 1990, Janet worked for BCIU in Community Childcare and from 1992-2006, working at BCIU with Early Intervention. She was a faithful member of Pennside Presbyterian Church and was a church choir member. Janet was a Philadelphia Phillies fan and an excellent cook with specialities including; split pea soup, pot pie, Italian food and desserts. She also enjoyed getting together with fellow teachers to play cards.

Also surviving are her 3 daughters; Jayme L. and her husband Shawn Bohn, Jennifer L. and her husband Brian Wasik and Judith L. Greth and her significant other, Michel Eschenbrenner, brother, James Brown widower of Susan Brown, deceased sister, Nancy Degler wife of Stewart Degler, and 4 grandchildren; Kyle Bohn, Austin Wasik, and twins, Annalise Eschenbrenner and Emily Eschenbrenner.

Services and burial are private at the convenience of the family.
