Mrs. Joan M. Terry

August 1, 1935April 25, 2021

Joan M. Terry, 85, passed away Sunday April 25, 2021 in her Exeter Township residence. She was predeceased by her husband Larry G. Terry October 15, 2013. Joan was born in Honey Brook on August 1, 1935 a daughter of the late Carl and Gwendolyn (Hartranft) Martin. She was an RN at Community General Hospital for 7 years, then Hassler Home as an assistant director of nursing for 18 years, Kutztown Nursing Home as an assistant director of nursing for 8+ years and lastly, Assisted Living at Country Meadows in charge of nursing, where she retired. Surviving are her 2 daughters; Ariane L. Terry of Exeter Township, Yvette Fisher and her husband Michael Fisher of W.VA., 3 grandchildren; Diana Elizabeth Fisher and her husband Edward Triplett, Benjamin Grahm Fisher and his wife Lauren Fisher, Jacqueline Yvette Ong and her husband Brian Ong, and 6 great grandchildren; Nathan Triplett, Jackson Triplett, Ezra Fisher, Teagan Fisher, Finley Ong and Olivia Ong. Joan was predeceased by her sister, Janet Martin. Services are private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, 370 7th Ave., Suite 1802, New York, N.Y. 10001.
