Jonathan Amariah Martinez, 30, of Reading, PA entered eternal rest unexpectedly on Friday, July 22, 2022. Born June 2, 1992 in Lancaster, PA he was a cherished son to Michele Ann (Evans) Campbell and the late Juan Ramon Martinez Jr..
Jonathan was a young man with a big heart and even brighter smile. He had a creative and artistic side and was known for tattooing, drawing and writing poetry. Jonathan loved listening to music and it was a driving force that got him through many difficult years and losses.
Jonathan will be fondly remembered for his sense of humor, intelligence, loyalty and fun-loving, playful nature. He loved so big and always gave and spoke from the heart. Jonathan will be sorely missed by all blessed enough to have known him.
Jonathan's spirit will be carried on by his loving mother Michele Ann (Evans) Campbell and her husband Allan; his sister Alyjah Marie Batista; his paternal grandmother Margarita Cintron; his brother Francisco Diaz and his niece Joniyah Padilla and Jay-Leannah Padilla. Jonathan also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends from every walk of life to cherish his memory.
In addition to his father, Jonathan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Charles and Agnes Evans.
A viewing for Jonathan will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Auman's Inc., 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reiffton, PA 19606, followed by memory sharing promptly commencing at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions towards Jonathan's funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated by his family. Contributions can be made by calling the funeral home office at 610-374-4505.
