Mrs. Josephine M. Gaglio Knehr

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Antonia and Sarah (Pontillo) Gaglio.

She was employed by Arrow Inc., for more than 30 years as a needle packer until her retirement in 1990.

She was a member of Holy Rosary RCC.

Surviving are a daughter, Donna B., wife of Glenn Wallace, Sandwich, Ill; and a son, George W. Jr., husband of Elaine Knehr, Harrisburg.

Other survivors include a sister, Rose, widow of James Osiecki, Wyomissing; and grandchildren: Brian Knehr, Sarah Knehr, Kevin Knehr and Damon Wallace.

She was predeceased by her siblings: Anthony Gaglio, Mary Moser, Anna Jordan and Charles Galio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Rosary RCC, 237 Franklin St., Reading, PA 19602, on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call at the Theo C. Auman Funeral Home, Reading, on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 to 8:45 a.m.
