Katharine Lewis

She was born in Reading on June 2, 1920, a daughter of the late Luigi and Irene (Masciotti) Falasco.

Katharine was employed by Reading Clothing as a factory worker, and later by Narrow Fabrics in Wyomissing as an analyst for 28 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of St. Mark's UCC in Reading.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda A., widow of Donald Baum, of Wernersville; 3 grandchildren: Janene and her husband Richard Hartlieb, Lanelle Rutter and her husband Timothy Hoss, and Todd Santoro. There are 3 great-grandchildren: Tyler, Ashley and Todd Jr., and 3 great-great-grandchildren: Dainika, Myah, and Myranda.

Katharine was predeceased by her daughter, Lorene Lewis, and her siblings Leo Falasco, Joseph Falasco, Adolph Falasco, Angeline Falasco, and Pauline Santoro.

Services and burial are private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St Mark's UCC 211 W. Greenwich St Reading, PA 19601 in her memory.
