Kathryn Hafer Mast

Kathryn was born in Reading on October 1, 1932 a daughter of the late Samuel and Fay (Hafer) Rittenhouse. She was a Mt. Penn High School graduate and was a cook for the Lorane Elementary School. She enjoyed clipping coupons and was a member of the coupon club. Kathryn was fond of jigsaw puzzles, word searches, crosswords, card and board games. In her past time she would read the newspaper.

Surviving are her 3 daughters; Cynthia F. and her husband Glen Schaeffer, Mary Ann and her husband Terry McCann, and Kay and her husband Eric Emerson, brother, Bill and his wife Kim Rittenhouse, 5 grandchildren; Lindsay (John) Folk, Kelli (Sam) Ulrich, Kevin McCann, Brandon (Brittany) Emerson and Matthew (Harmony) Emerson and 11 great grandchildren.

Kathryn was predeceased by her siblings; Richard Rittenhouse, Stuart Rittenhouse and Margaret Kleinsmith.

A viewing for Kathryn will be Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM at Auman's Inc, 390 W. Neversink Rd, Reiffton, PA. 19606, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
