Keith Alan Devlin Sr., 49, passed away Wednesday July 1, 2026, in his residence surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Mary Ellen (Harris) Devlin.

Keith was born in Reading on July 3, 1976, a son of the late Howard J. Devlin Jr. and Sandra G. (Harter) Devlin. He was employed for Reading Area Water Authority in maintenance for over 20 years. Keith was a fierce Dallas Cowboy Fan and also Flyers, Phillies and Sixers fan too.

Keith is survived by his children; Keith Devlin Jr., Brittany Devlin, Brandon Devlin and Andrew Devlin, and his 4 siblings; Howard "Skip" Devlin III, Darlene Levan widow of John Levan, Sr., Shelly and her husband Michael Coulter and Stacy Kasprzak and her husband Christopher Kasprzak, Sr.

Keith was predeceased by his sister, Tina Devlin.

A viewing for Keith will be Friday July 10, 2026 from 5-8 PM in Theo C Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St Reading PA 19601. A celebration of Keith's Life will begin at 8 PM.
