She is survived by her husband, Kevin S. Bailey Sr. Kelly was born in Reading on April 22, 1971, a daughter of Sandra (Werner) Hughes, of Wernersville, and the late Brian O'Neill Hughes.
She was a member of True Faith Independent Holiness Church and was employed by Omix-Ada as a customer service supervisor for 11 years.
Kelly is also survived by her 4 children: Emily Hughes, of Ga., Anthony Hughes, of Ga., Karissa Bailey, of Calif., and Kevin S. Bailey Jr., of Exeter; 4 grandchildren; and her siblings: Chester Hughes, of Wernersville, Ruth, wife of Jose Rivera, of Reading, and Anna Hughes, of Reading.
Kelly was the loving daughter-in-law to Pastor and Mrs. Leroy Bailey. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.
Services will be private.
