Born in Reading, she was the daughter of George and Lucia (Marrongelle) Lintz. She was a 1966 graduate of Reading High School and until recently, was still involved with the reunion committee and other school activities. After her retirement as a USPS Postmaster, she continued her education at Alvernia University taking classes in Theology and Art.
Her hobbies were varied and many. She was a collector and maker of dolls and belonged to the Plum Creek Doll Makers. She was an accomplished seamstress and knitter. She enjoyed gardening and her bread & butter pickles were always in demand. She was famously known for her Blue Ribbon Winning Homemade Peppermint Patties. She was a voracious reader and belonged to St Benedicts book club & Women's Club. Rounding out her broad list of hobbies, she loved to playing dominoes with the family group, the school group and the McCann Clan. And to round it all off, she was a Disney and Beatles fan, making Larry take her to Disney World every third year.
She and her husband Larry traveled extensively throughout the states and across the pond to England and France. After convincing Larry to upgrade the Sportster and RoadKing, she enjoyed their bike road trips. Her favorite part of life was being a wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Joseph and sister, Linda Also her first husband, William Boyer, father of her children.
With her husband Larry, left to cherish her memories are daughter Melissa Kretz (Richard) and their children Cory and Elizabeth, son Michael Boyer (Jessica Brown) and their children, Xander and Zac, and son Mark Boyer (Eunice Arnuevo). Her sister-in-law, Melanie Lintz and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends beyond counting.

Visitation will be Friday May 1, 2026 from 9:30-10:45 AM at Church of St Benedict, 2020 Chestnut Hill Rd., Mohnton, PA 19540, with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: St. Jude, Gift of Life or Church of St Benedicts.
