Mary was a graduate of Reading High School and worked at Baldwin Brass as a packer for over 20 years, until her retirement in 2008.
Mary loved playing BINGO, reading mysteries, watching old TV shows and going to the shore. However above all else, she absolutely treasured taking care and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her 2 sons Earl Bitting Jr. and his wife Tami, Franklin Bitting and his wife Cynthia; her 2 brothers Thomas and Richard Miller and her sister Joyce Krug. Mary also leaves behind 2 grandsons Zachary and Stryder Bitting to cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband Earl Bitting Sr.; her 2 brothers Robert Miller and Harold R. Miller Jr..
A viewing for Mary will be held Monday, August 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Theo C. Auman Inc., 247 Penn Street, Reading, PA 19601. Prayer services will promptly commence in the funeral home at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Dr. Robert Aregood officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Berks County Memorial Gardens, 201 Evansville Rd, Fleetwood, PA 19522.
