Mary E Spencer

She was born in Reading on June 29 1951, a daughter of the late Lester P. and Elizabeth M. (Hickernell) Spencer.

She was a member of St Peter's RC Church.

Susy is survived by her daughter, Farrah Williams of Reading, and two sons, Jason Spencer of Fayette, PA, and Damond Williams of Reading.

There are three brothers: Benjamin L., widower of Hideko Spencer of Reading, Joseph A., and his wife, Carlita Spencer of Exeter, and Edward L. Spencer of Reading; and three sisters: Joyce E., widow of McCrae Boykins Sr. of Reading, Lou-is E. Williams of Pottstown, and Shirley M. White of Reading.

Also surviving are three grandchildren: Jadah S. Spencer, China Sanchez and Yariah U. Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Susy was predeceased by her son, Dennis K. Spencer, on Dec. 2 2010, and two brothers: Frederick G. Spencer and Lester L. Spencer.

A funeral Mass will be held Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. in St. Peter's RC Church, 326 S. 5th St., Reading, with burial to follow in Gethsemane Cemetery.
