Nancy Lee Distasio 81, of Reading passed away Thursday March 22, 2018 in Mifflin Center. She was predeceased by her husband Anthony D "Rinky" Distasio Sr on March 9, 2007. She was born in Reading on February 27, 1937 a daughter of the late Robert D Sr and Ruth (Kuhn) Bailey.
Nancy was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church and was employed by various restaurants in the city as a waitress for 20 years then she had her Antique Glassware business at Renninger's Antique Market. Nancy was very devoted to her family.
Surviving is her daughter Terri Lynn Distasio of Reading, daughter-in-law Sandra Distasio of Snellville, GA., 5 grandchildren; Matthew Distasio, Amber Distasio, Toni Lee DiNorscia, Nichloas Distasio, and Alexander Distasio, and her 2 brothers; Robert D Bailey Jr and his wife Clara Jean, Richard A Bailey and his wife Margaret, her sister Phyllis Schollenberger and her husband Russell.
Nancy was predeceased by her son Anthony D "Tink" Distasio Jr on January 27, 2018 and 3 sisters; Evelyn, Doris, and Jean.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday March 27, 2018 at 10am in Holy Rosary RCC, 237 Franklin St., Reading. Burial to follow in Gethsemane Cemetery.
