He was born in Reading on April 7, 1957, a son of the late Neil D. Sr. and Evelyn M. (Delong) Brendle.
Butch was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was employed by Baldwin Brass as an assistant supervisor for 30 plus years.
He is survived by his son, Neil D. Brendle III of Muhlenberg Township, his brother, Milton Brendle of Reading, his 4 sisters: Debra Boston of Reading, Sharon Hess of Gibraltar, Ruth Brendle of NC., and Leslie Stump of Kutztown.
A viewing will be Thursday August 7, 2014 10-11:30 a.m. in Theo. C Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St., Reading. Burial to follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
