Ramon Rosario Evangelista, 21, of Reading, died November 13, 2011.
Born August 7, 1990 in Rio Pierdras, Puerto Rico, he was a son of Reyna Maria Evangelista and stepson of Leonardo Pichardo and son of the late Ramon Rosario.
Also surviving is a brother, Ramon Antonio Evangelista of Dominican Republic.
As former Reading City Councilman, Angel Figueroa said, "Rosario-Evangelista was a promising student at his I-Lead Charter School. He was very determined to go back to school, get his GED, go to college."
Services will be Friday, November 18, 2011 11 a.m. in the Theo C. Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn Street, Reading, PA 19601. Burial to follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be Friday 10-11 a.m. in the funeral home.
