Ronald Eugene Toth

Ronald "Lucky" E. Toth, 79, of Reading passed away October 28, 2014 in Rittenhouse Sr. Living Center of Reading. His wife, Kathleen N. (Gross) Toth passed away May 17, 1997. Lucky was born in Reading on June 12, 1935, a son of the late Julius and Esther (Ringler) Toth.

He was employed by The Reading Eagle as a circulation district manager supervisor for 37 years, retiring there. He was a member of Wyomissing Lions Club and a muscle car and Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiast.

Lucky is survived by his 2 daughters, Melissa A. and her husband, Raymond Tinucci of Wyomissing, and Melinda A. Rumer of West Lawn; his brother, Gerald D. Toth of Laureldale; his 2 sisters, Ilona and her husband, Lawrence Yerger of Robesonia, and Lila and her husband, Rodney Essig, of Sinking Spring. There are 2 grandsons, Michael Rumer and Adam Rumer.

Services are Friday, October 31, 2014 at 1 p.m. in Theo C. Auman Funeral Home,, 247 Penn St., Reading. Burial to follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be Friday 12-1 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels, 10 N. 9th St., Reading, PA 19601 in his memory. www.theocauman.com.
