Ronald H Willis

Ronald Willis 78, of Reading passed away peacefully March 6, 2018 in Penn State Health St Joseph. He is survived by his wife Mattie D Willis. Ronald was born in Reading on January 19, 1940 a son of the late Andrew and Lucille (Lockwood) Willis. He was employed by Birdsboro Steel and then Dana Corp as a crane operator and welder. Ron was a former member of The Fisherman's Club. He is also survived by his 2 daughters; Sylvia L Jackson and Tara L Willis both of Reading, his sister Sandra and her husband Thomas Branford of Exeter, 6 grandchildren; Antoine Strother, Tiana Williams, Felicia Strother, Emoni Washington, Marquise Washington, Shayla Washington, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends. Ron was predeceased by his son, Antoine "Tony" Willis, and his siblings; Gerald Lockwood, Charles Willis Sr, Robert Willis, Judith A Edwards, and Betty McCormick. A Memorial Service will be Saturday March 10, 2018 at 12 noon in Theo C Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St Reading. A gathering will be Saturday 1130-12 noon.
