Mami, I can’t believe that you are gone. I wasn’t ready to let you go so soon. I am comforted to know that you are not alone, the angels guided you to Nicky and he welcomed you with open arms. I know that you are no longer in pain. You are once again dancing and partying with Nicky, your siblings and friends that were waiting for you. I know you gave abuelo & abuela a great big hug.
I am grateful for the memories we made throughout the years. You were always there for all the birthdays and on Christmas Day when Jen & Michael were little. I think about our Disney trip and how much fun we had. I still can’t believe you got on the Disney Test track race car ride and loved it. 
Five years ago, we went to Puerto Rico, just me & you. It was a very special time that I will hold dear in my heart. I enjoyed seeing your childhood house and the plaza of Aguas Buenas. You pointed out the school you attended and the hospital that grandpa worked at.  I will treasure the memories & pictures always. You have gone up to the heavens mom and now you are my angel, my guardian angel. Please watch over me, Joe, my children and their families especially my granddaughters. Guide them thru their lives and keep them safe. Watch over Gil and his children and grandchildren too. I love you forever mom. I miss you already. Until we see each other again. Rest in Peace Ma 🙏🏼❤️

Tía. I'm at a loss for words. I know that you're in a much better place now. I'm going to miss our Sunday conversations and hearing you laugh. Vuela alto Tía.  El cielo tiene otro angel y estas con todos los otros en el cielo. Te voy extrañar.  Dale un beso mi madre cuando la veas. Gracias por ser la maravillosa persona que fuiste.

It’s not goodbye, instead.. until we meet again. To think you both are gone hurts immensely because of the impact you had on our early childhood is not easy to summarize. We think we have time but truly time is our best and worst enemy. You will be forever missed and the only peace I can rationalize is knowing you are no longer in pain, reunited with family/ grandpa. 

So to attempt to summarize my grief are the random memories flooding my brain lately:

When I am missing you extra - Shower to Shower, Absorbent Body Powder Original Fresh (pink) will be my go to when I need reminders of your hugs

Extra sunscreen and big hats because the greatest advice for her amazing skin was always " No sun." 

Blue eyeliner made her eyes pop. But I think that trend only suited her sharp beautiful features and skin tone. 

My grandma asking me the next day what I was dreaming about because my leg kept shooting up and down in my sleep all night. And saying we could never sleep in the same bed again lol. I explained I was practicing my races/ hurdles in my sleep  😂

My grandma made the BEST SPANISH RICE and COFFEE. This isn’t a debate but a fact.

They had a  singing fish in the basement and always kept the trays filled with candy

1/14 /2025.   Niña Emma nos hace mucha falta  me pero usted está en nuestro corazón toda nuestra vida   . Me Vacer falta su café tan rico gue hacia . Pero yo sé estará con don Nico juntos felices alado delos Angelitos .nunca seme olvidaré lo bueno gue  son ustedes .niña Emma los visitaré en su nueva casa  les llevaré los flores lindas como  su corazón . niña Emma estoy feliz gue están juntos con don Nico . Mom...mom..mom ..I say this a hundred times a day hoping for a miracle to see you once more. I miss you so much ! and I will never be the same again until God reunite us again .First dad , now you. You spoiled me rotten mom and now I'm alone and afraid. I appreciate everything you did for me and I pray that the Lord blesses you as the Lord said
 "Blessed are all who fear the LORD, who walk in obedience to him. 2 You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours". 
How I wish I could just speak to you just one more time mom! I have been around you and pop all my life and life feels meaningless right now. It hurt to see you in pain mom. Now you are with friends and love ones who were waiting patiently for you ❤️. I will miss dearly and will be in my heart forever until we meet again.Im sorry mom! TE AMO ...TE AMO❤️
