Ryan was the widower of Tamara (Shelton) Matlack.
He was born in Reading on May 16, 1969, a son of Ronald N. Matlack and the late Helen E. (Dickenson) Matlack.
Ryan is survived by his two brothers, Ronald M. Matlack and Randolph C. Matlack, both of Mohnton; his sister, Rhonda C. Matlack of MA; two nieces and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday August 31, 2013 at 11 a.m. in Mt. Zion AME Church, 404 Zion Hill Rd. P.O. Box 218, Atglen, PA 19310. Inurnment to follow in the church cemetery. Family gathering will be 10-11 a.m. at the church.
