Born on March 17, 1993, in Reading, PA, she was the beloved daughter of Daniel A. Eagle and Josephine K. (Alter) Eagle.
Savanna was a 2011 graduate of Exeter High School.
Savanna loved being outdoors, especially biking, hiking, and spending time at the beach. She also had a creative side and enjoyed crafting and scrapbooking. When she was looking for a little excitement, she loved visiting the casino to play blackjack and other table games.
Above all else, Savanna treasured her family. Being a mother to her son, Mason, was the greatest joy of her life, and she embraced motherhood with unconditional love and devotion. She had a heart of gold and was known for her caring, compassionate, and selfless nature. Always bubbly and positive, Savanna had a beautiful smile that could brighten any room. Even while facing her own challenges, she was more concerned about comforting and encouraging those around her than herself. Her strength, resilience, and unwavering optimism inspired everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Savanna also had a deep love for animals and gave her time volunteering with the Animal Rescue League of Berks County. Her kindness extended to both people and animals alike.
To those fortunate enough to know and love her, Savanna was nothing short of extraordinary. She possessed a rare strength that inspired everyone around her. Throughout her courageous battle with cancer, she met each day with resilience, grace, and unwavering determination. Even in the face of unimaginable challenges, her smile remained genuine, her heart remained open, and her concern was always for the comfort and well-being of others. Her courage was not only admired, it will never be forgotten.
In addition to her loving parents, Daniel and Josephine, Savanna's memory will be forever cherished by her fiancé, David Esterly; her beloved son, Mason Allen Esterly; her sisters, Samantha Josephine Eagle and her husband, Jeremy Lord, and Sabrina Ariel Gross and her husband, Jonathan Gross; and her cherished niece and nephews, Jayden Gross, Camilla Gross, and Julian Gross.
She is also survived by her future mother-in-law, Ruth Natole; her future sister-in-law, Victoria Ermold; her aunt, Rebecca Semple and her husband, William Semple; her uncle, Randal Alter; her cousins, Victoria Semple, Jacob Semple, and Emilee Stenulis and her husband, Thomas Stenulis.
She will also be deeply missed by her beloved fur babies, Harley, Siren, Trixie, and Thor, who brought her endless love and companionship.
Savanna was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents and her uncle, James Thompson Alter.
