Born in Syria on October 16, 1932, he was the son of the late Ezekiel Najarian and Amelia (Tovmassian) Najarian.
In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marjory Lee (Whitt) Najarian; his brother, Vahan Najarian; and his sisters, Helen Seidel and Elizabeth Najarian.
Steven proudly served in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he dedicated more than 40 years to working as an exterminator for JC Ehrlich.
Steven loved his dogs and enjoyed taking walks with them when he was able. He also liked reading the newspaper, drawing, crossword puzzles, and bowling.
Above all, Steven treasured his family. He was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose greatest happiness came from spending time with his loved ones. His pets also held a special place in his heart.
Steven is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth J. Lesher; his son, Steven L. Najarian; his brother, Aram Najarian; his grandchildren, Victoria Najarian and Vance Lesher; his great-grandchildren, Jordyn Najarian and Alucard Lesher; his niece, Valerie Bernard; and his faithful companion, Maurice.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the Najarian family.
