Susan was born in Reading, on April 12, 1944, a daughter of the late William L. and Lucille (Troup) Hall. She was a member of Calvary UCC in Reading and her great passions were collecting angels and watching her roses grow in her flower bed. Above all, Susan's proudest times were spent with her family and especially her children and grandchildren.
Also surviving are her 2 children: Brenda L. and her husband Larry W. Smith and Michael L. and his wife Cheryl L. Wanner, her brother, Philip A. and his wife Donna R. Hall, 4 grandchildren, Taylor A. Smith and her partner, Adam Moyer, Lacey M. and her husband Andrew Soler, Sarah L. Wanner and Noah G. Smith and 8 great grandchildren. Her nephew Jarad C. and his wife Dr. Chevon Alderson and great nephew Halston B. Alderson also survive her.
A viewing will be Monday August 31, 2026 from 5-6:30 PM in Auman's Inc Funeral Home, 391 W Neversink Rd., Reading with a service to begin at 6:30 PM. Private burial in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
