

His wife, Jacqueline D. (Richards) Walther, died October 22, 1991.
He was born in Philadelphia on August 23, 1933.
Walton was employed by Dana Corporation as a welder and then a Furnace tender, retiring from there.
He was a Korean War veteran and also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Walton is survived by daughter, Darlene J., wife of Kenneth Lipari, of Exeter Township, son, David J. Walther of Wyomissing, son, Keith A. Walther of Exeter Township, son, Karl M. Walther of Leesport, daughter, Dawn M. Stief of Wyomissing, daughter, Debora L. Walther of Leesport, daughter, Sherry L., wife of Jason James, of Mohrsville, brother, Harvey Walther of Philadelphia, sister-in-law, Mary Walther, 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Walton was predeceased by a grandson, Jonathan Delancey, and 3 brothers.
Services will be Thursday 8 p.m., October 6, 2011 in Auman's Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Road, Reiffton. Inurnment to follow Saturday 10 a.m., October 8, 2011 in Forest Hills Memorial Park. A viewing will be Thursday 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home. www.aumansinc.com
