He was the son of the late Grant and Beatrice (Mulligan) Stocker, and the husband of Karen (Kraus) Stocker.
A Wilson high school graduate, he also attended Penn State University. Wayne was self-employed and owned Affordable Electric Service.
He is survived by several sisters-in-law; and brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; and his father-in-law, William Kraus. He is also survived by a cousin, Linda Stocker, of Wyomissing.
Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life to be held at his and Karen's residence on May 19, 2018, at 1:00 pm.
