My Mom was a kind and loving person. She was not only my Mom but she was my best friend. She didn't always love my choices but she loved me with all of her heart. She loved her family and friends as if they were all the same. On holidays she would often leave after dinner to deliver food to those that did not have a family. She was one of the most selfless people I knew. Her laughter was contagious. Sometimes to the point of almost peeing your pants. I remember laughing with her until I cried. Then we would laugh and cry together. We could not stop. She loved to collect things..trinkets, rocks, jewelry and indian artifacts which she proudly displayed in her home. If you showed an interest in one of her treasures she would grab your hand and lead you around describing where each piece came from. When others were in pain she felt it too. She was quick to defend her friends and loved ones because they were the greatest of all of her treasures. For a woman so small in stature her heart was overwhelming. She believed in people and family and most of all my Dad. She always felt like she was the luckiest woman because she found such a great man to spend her life with. I know my sister and I are lucky to be raised by such a beautiful soul. she is missed greatly. I hope I never forget the sound of her laugh or how good she made me feel. I know that heaven is lively with her spirit there. Thank you God for blessing me with her as my Mom.

Lori, You loved, & were loved Then there were the games. Games to make us laugh & love even more. Lori was remarkable for Fun for her was interacting with her favorite people, She loved creating She loved things happy & funny things, & so loved to be happy and laughing
collecting indian arrows, made of pieces of rock, cups & saucers, spoons, the list goes on. She also had a bit of amischief brewing. One time she got an unsuspecting timid person out on her souped up hotprod boat, & proceeded to scare the bjeebers out me. Have to admit it was fun, but please go easy on them Angels up in heaven. I miss you so much. I wasn't around as much as I'd liked, but I was always very fond ofyou, & felt you were the very best "other Grandmother" Connor could have. He's got a lot of great stuff from you, that shows in many ways. Love you sweet Lorri

I can't express how much I miss you. We had so much time to visit to get to know each other. Our families knew each other in Brook, Ind. which created even a deeper bond for us. You were such a kind, fun, loving person. I'll think of you daily for a long time and life will be emptier without you. May God bless your family and help them through this difficult time.
