My great Aunt Ruth was very kind and  always had a sparkle in her eyes.  When we would visit or her and Uncle George would come up to visit us, we would beg Aunt Ruth to cook us mexican food.  Hers was always the best especially her Chili Rellenos.  I can remember watching her make them.  I think I was about 16 when she taught me to make them.  I always think of her when cooking a batch.   Rest in Peace Aunt Ruth.   

Ruth was my husband’s aunt. She was a lovely Christian woman who was a devoted wife to her husband, George. Ruth was resourceful and positive about life and always appreciative of kindnesses. She is now at peace.
