Frances Noteboom was born on July 8, 1922, in Eagle Point, Oregon.
She passed away February 26, 2014, at Oak River Rehab in Anderson, CA.
Frances lived the majority of her life in Shasta County.
She leaves behind 3 children, Victoria Smith of Lake California, Harley G. Oilar of Platina, CA. and Daniel Noteboom of Stillwater, OK. She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Lawncrest Chapel, Redding, CA., at 2 O'clock on March 9, 2014,
A reception at Lake California Club House, Lake California/Cottonwood, CA.
