She was born November 3, 1909, in Ohio to May and Charles Caulkins.
She is survived by daughters Maxine (Larry) Kochie of Sacramento and Ruth (Jerry) Norris of Redding, California.
Three grandsons Robert Norris (Redding), Charles Norris (Burney), Mitchell Sargent (Louisiana) and 10 Great Grand Children.
She was proceeded in death by Husband Arthur Dunlap, Husband James Parker, Daughter Arlyce Partidos and Grandson Michael Sargent.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Wonderful Rebbeca Lodge since 1948, when her family moved to Redding.
