Joan Alexandra Fernandez was born on March 11, 1941, in Burlingame, California to Ronald Hamish Miller and Dorothy Freund.
Joan was known for her compassion, kindness, and unwavering commitment to her loved ones. She also brought these qualities into her professional life as a radiological technologist. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, always putting her family first.
She is survived by her children, Laura, Ernesto, and Tiffany, and her grandchildren, Myriah, Zachary, Samantha, and Nicholas.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to be determined.
