Linda Lee marlow died January 31, 2012, at her home in Redding, joining her beloved husband of nearly 50 years.
Linda was born October 24, 1944, in Colfax, Washington, to Wanda Mae and Robert Lee Lewis. She went to school in Stephoe, Washington, and moved to Freeman, Washington for high school, where she met the love of her life, Gary Marlow. They moved to Redding with their two young children in the mid 1970's, and remained there for the rest of their lives.
Linda was a bookkeeper and housewife who enjoyed traveling in their motor home, gardening, playing golf, playing bridge and drinking wine with her friends.
She is survived by her son, Dale; daughter Lori; grandchildren, Shawni Utley, Colton Marlow, Callee Marlow and Hunter Derryberry; sisters, Penny Gilchrist, Patricia Franklin, Gracie Wilmorth, Lea Bronson, Roberta Wise, PattiLou Sorenson and Marijo Swensen; brothers, Robert Lewis and Bill Zylstra; and stepbrother Sid Coltron. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by brothers John Lewis and Bud Miller, stepbrother Steve Coltron and foster parents Wade and Marian Miller.
