Michele was born January 26, 1975, in Lynwood, California to Joe and Mary Roelofs. She graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in kinesiology, where she worked as a paramedic.
In 2012, she moved to Redding with her young children after the death of her husband, Sean. Eventually, she started her life coaching business, "Fiercely Fresh Life". Her struggles early on, her battle with overcoming breast cancer, plus her experience of losing a spouse gave her a unique and powerful perspective on life which enabled her to truly help others. She lived life fully, with a dedication to her children, her family, and her friends that was remarkable.
Michele is survived by her children Avery and Zaden, her brother Kevin, her father Joe, her stepmother Linda, her extended family, and many friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Sean and her mother Mary.
