A church service for Randall will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Mt Calvary Lutheran Church, 3961 Alta Mesa Dr, Redding, California. Following the church service will be a navy honors at 2:00 PM at Northern California Veterans Cemetery, 11800 Gas Point Rd, Igo, California.
