I miss you so much… I think about you every single day. I still wear your Tshirts and your chain.  I would do anything to be able to see you one more time. I listen to your voicemails on repeat. 
You took part of me with you and i don’t think i will  ever feel whole again. I am so lost still, I have no idea what I’m doing. 
I wish I could wake up from this nightmare so badly and have you right there next to me.

Sweet boy we miss you so much!!! It’s so hard without you!  I spent the day with your dad yesterday not knowing what to do or where to go, it’s just hard but you’re always in our mind.  I love that your friends re painted your name in the skate park again- you meant so much to your friends!  Last year we called you on the “Air Phone” that someone installed by the park- we hope you heard us!  Every 4th I remember when I first met you and you laughed when I almost fell off the roof watching fireworks! You were cracking up!!  LOL
We just keep finding ways to keep connected to you!  
I hope you know and can see how much you were/are loved!  Keep an eye on Dad he’s lost without you! Love you Scotty! RIP  See you again one day!

My boy Scotty, I remember we had a lot of good memories. Many nights kicking it growing up. What Diesel was saying on here is pure facts. Scotty always was down and had your back no matter what. In the good times and the bad times. Always had you laughing and always had you in a good mood.

You were my best friend, the only person I’ve truly known and grown to love almost more than anything else on this earth. Scott, my son. ( Smiley) In silence , the MOST determined person. In not so quiet, the funniest. What a beautiful man you grew up to be. You sought me out , you came, you loved, you protected, you brought to me, the MOST love I've EVER felt from a person . You are my KING care bear and I hope you are without the bad thoughts and are in heaven with your Gramps I adore you, and I'm sorry.

Scotty, all through our Slater days you pushed me to learn more and more on my skateboard. You always came up with something fun to do or some dope place we could skate. That abandoned house we found and turned into a DIY skatepark was insane. I’m glad we ran into each other one last time at the park in Sebastopol during the pandemic. You looked like you were doing well and was cool to see how good you had gotten at skating. Rest in peace bro. -Eric Yust

My sweet crazy brother Scott. I didn't get to meet you until I was seventeen years old. I'll never not wish that we got to grow up together. Every moment I spent with you was pure happiness. Even though we didn't grow up together we still had the same dreams. I can't wait to hike the PCT with you in 2023 brother. I'm going to carry you the whole way I promise. 

Dear Scotty the best big brother a girl could have. Thank you for bringing me closer to my family I know that was one of your dreams come true was to see us together. My brother the craziest  guy I’ve ever met I’d do anything to watch him skate a trick 30 times until he got it again I am so grateful for every second spent with him. I’m sorry this world couldn’t keep you safe may your journey home be a soft and peaceful one. You mean so much to all of us as your siblings we will do everything to make you proud and remembered. You will live on through us for eternity. I never thought I’d have to write this at 17 I need you more than ever until we meet again. My twin flame love your baby sister

Scott was my favorite brother and would always take me on fun adventures and we had the best of fun every time we went somewhere together we had so many more things we were going to do together I didn’t tell you enough. I love you you brother I’m so sorry for everybody’s loss he will forever be with us in our hearts and I will make you proud I hope I will do everything you like I will see you once again someday until we meet again brother Rest In Peace Scott laymen you will always be remembered 

Scotty I Remember when we were kids we would skateboard everywhere and we’d always be getting into trouble which was fun to us. I’m going to cherish those memories even though some of them weren’t the best. I won’t get into details because if I did I could probably write a book.  My heart goes out to your pops and the rest of your family. Scotty you will be missed, Love you bro.

Scott Layman  AKA "spoon" was one of very few true life long friends that I considered actual friends!I met Scotty when we were just young kids running around the streets of Santa Rosa !What can I say about  Scotty well Scotty had a way of making the most out of every situation he was in weather it was a good or bad situation you could always count on a laugh from Scotty ! He was good people he always had your back if you were part of the same circle no matter what Scotty was a true RTL homie that's "Rose-Town-Love "  that's our crew of friends that we grew up with and will no matter how much time passed would have your back in a second no questions asked . He was a good friend to have true to who he was and didn't care what others thought he was just himself and he kept it movin  he never slowed down always  into something ! He was taken way too early and will be truly missed by so many who considered him a brother and  friend RIP " Young Scotty Pimpen " one love ....
