

Carol grew up in the city of Detroit and graduated from Chadsey High School with the class of 1956. She enjoyed a long and dedicated career with R.L. Polk & Co., where she worked for 36 years before retiring in 2000.
A lifelong fan of the Detroit Tigers, Carol rarely missed watching a game. She also loved to bowl and was a member of several leagues over the years. In her younger years, she enjoyed traveling with friends, always eager to explore new places. Carol was also an avid reader and could often be found with a book in hand.
Faith was a cornerstone of Carol’s life. She was a lifelong and devoted member of Zion Evangelical-Lutheran Church of Detroit, following in the footsteps of her beloved parents who were also longtime parishioners.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Eleanora. She is survived by many loving family members and dear friends who will remember her warmth, faithfulness, and quiet strength.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
