Christopher E. Steczek

Chris was the beloved father of Tayla and Alaina Steczek. Former husband of Rachel. Loving brother of Michael (Beth) Steczek. Dear uncle of Lila and Ethan. He will also be missed by a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Chris loved carpentry, and building anything. However, he had a passion for cooking and was the kitchen manager at Outback Steakhouse for many years. He was a simple man and enjoyed his solitude. His best friend was his father and he always stated that his greatest accomplishment was being a father to Tayla and Alaina.

The family will receive friends beginning at 2pm for a 4pm Memorial Service on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 25450 Plymouth Rd., Redford Twp., MI 48239 (Just east of Beech Daly) The service will be led by Father Tom Belczak from St. Kenneth Catholic Church.
