Harry proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam era, from 1963 to 1974. His work on the tugboats prepared him for his lifelong career as a hydraulic mechanic. He also owned his own printing business for a short period. Harry was known for his sense of humor and always good for a one liner. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, tending to his garden/flowers and hunting. He was an avid fan of hot rod cars and doo-wop music.
