Susan Lee Story (nee Von Arx) passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in 1949 in Kenosha, WI, to Frank and Anne Von Arx as the second of seven siblings. She grew up in Fowler, MI, Arlington Heights and Elmhurst, IL. She earned an AS Degree in Information Technology in 1969 from the College of DuPage and enjoyed an illustrious career in the tech industry. She was happily married to the love of her life, Kenneth Story for 36 years. She spread warmth, joy, and understanding to every life she touched. She is survived by her husband, her son Matthew, her stepsons Andrew and Michael, her grandchildren Anna Maria, David and Michelle, and her siblings Ilene, Frank, Annette, and Debbie.
