She was born to Thorn and Margaret (Judson) Conner on October 29, 1937 in Pennsylvania.
The Conner family relocated to Detroit, MI, but eventually settled in Grosse Pointe, MI when Annie was about 10 years old. Annie enjoyed nice cars, good-looking men, music and dancing. She also loved vacationing in Maine, where she would visit her parents and, after her father's passing, her mother. The annual trip to Camden, Maine became a cherished tradition for our family.
Ann is survived by her loving daughter, Michelle Turczyn of Redondo Beach, California, her son, Mark (Kelli) Turczyn of South Lyon, Michigan, her adored grandchildren Mackenzie, Mollie and Conner and her very dear friend, Marge Teich.
She also will be dearly missed by her sister-in-law, Sally Conner; nieces, Jennifer (Joe) Lemieux, Kelly Drummond, Wendy (Joe) Paszkiewicz, Elizabeth (Steve) Hammond, Stephanie (Troy) Wagner; nephew, David (Amy) Conner; and her former husband, Jim Turczyn's family: his sister, Shirley, his brother, Tom (Jane), and his nieces Karen, Elaine and Patty.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Thorn and Margaret, her brother, John, and her sister, Susie.
In honor of Ann, please consider making a memorial donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
We all love and will miss you, Annie Banannie.
