Aurora Arellano Camou

Aurora is survived by her three children: Corrina (Alfred), Clemente (Lori, deceased), and Larry; grandsons: Fred (Deanna), Larry (Sarah), Matthew (Cheri), Ryan (Adrian) and Maya; great-grandsons and great-granddaughters: Brendan (Hilda), Noah and Vander, Atlas, Bodi, Zara, Mason, Liam Brooklyn; great-great grandson, William; brothers Daniel and Angel; and sisters Mary, Jessi, Annie, and Eve. Many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends will also miss her.

She was predeceased by her parents, Angel Arellano (Elena), and Jose Gutierrez; sisters Gloria, Virginia, Rosie, and Trine; and by grandson David.

Aurora worked various jobs, starting in the fields, Torrance Laundry, Walteria's Laundry, Hitco, and retiring from Northrop Grumman.

Our greatest memories will be with us; she was a loving, caring Wife, Best Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Great-Great-Grandmother. The Lord gave us the best in the world - THANK YOU JESUS. She will always be in our heart, minds, and her loving guidance will always be with us.

A Closed Casket Viewing will be held at Lighthouse Memorials & Receptions, Rice Center, 5310 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, California, on July 7, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the Rosary to begin at 6:00 pm.

The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Catherine Laboure Church, 3846 Redondo Beach Blvd, Torrance, California, on July 8, 2026, at 10:00 am, followed by Committal at Holy Cross Cemetery, 5835 W Slauson Ave, Culver City, California, at 12:00 pm.
