Biography

She was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew her best, Consuelo will be remembered as a very exceptional person.

       She was the daughter of Ireneo and Hilaria Fajardo.

      Consuelo was raised with Six Siblings. She had Rosalba, Hector, Marco, Maria Elena, Elisa, Margarita. Consuelo was usually involved in all sorts of activities with her siblings. She and her siblings experienced rivalries typical of a growing family, but they shared many life experiences over the years. she is preceded in death by her husband.

      Consuelo worked hard to be a good mother to her children and she did her best to fulfill their needs. Consuelo was blessed with Three Children, two daughters, Rebecca and Irma, and one son, Albert. Another blessing for Consuelo was the gift of Four Grandchildren, Deanna, Alexis, Marissa, and Natalie.

      Consuelo was a woman who took pride in upholding her beliefs. So it is little wonder that she took an active role in her community, Church.

      Consuelo’s faith was important to her. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Menlo Park, for many, many years. During that time, she would help teach pre baptismal classes.

      When Consuelo’s retirement finally arrived in 1997, she was well prepared. Even in retirement, Consuelo continued to stay in touch with her old friends while making plenty of new acquaintances. Consuelo was active in her new community and felt fulfilled with the opportunities retirement offered her.

      Consuelo passed away on February 28, 2018 at home, Peacefully . She is survived by her children Rebecca, Irma, And Albert; Her grandchildren Deana, Alexis, Marissa, and Natalie. Services held at Redwood Chapel in Redwood City, Thursday, March 8, 2018 Visitation 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary at 6pm . Mass held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Menlo Park on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 10am following mass. Consuelo will be laid to rest in Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Los Altos, California.

      Simply stated, Consuelo was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Consuelo leaves behind her a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories.
