Dereck Fredrick James Ohlsen Feb. 7, 1987-Sept19, 2012 Resident of San Carlos Dereck passed away on September 19, 2012. He was 25 years of age. He was born in Redwood City, CA. and was a resident of San Carlos, CA. for 25 years. Dereck enjoyed being with his family, racing, baseball, working out, and spending time with friends. Dereck is survived by his mother Cathy Ohlsen, father Fred Ohlsen, sister Renee Ohlsen, grandmother Pat "Ga" Ohlsen, grandparents Carl and Joe and his dog Rex. Dereck is now at peace and set free with his grandfather "Papa" Fred Ohlsen and his family dog Bo. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Sat.
