Aunt Joann...to an amazing person who changed my life in more ways than ever imaginable! You were the sweetest most compassionate person I have ever known! Hi Nanny, its been 10 days since you've been gone, seems like just yesterday, you were sitting in the living room watching the Giants game with us and singing the National Anthem. I can't believe you're gone. I miss you so much. I know we butted heads and didn't always see eye to eye on things, but I loved you more than anything and I will never forget everything you've done for me. You were an amazing grandma to me and my cousins and I can't thank you enough.  You are in a better place now with papa. I love you and papa so much and can't wait to see you again. <3

Jo, where do I begin I have so many Wonderful Memories of you .Remembering the summers you came to spend with us. You and I would lie in bed and scratch each others arms till we fell asleep. The fishing trips we took on weekends with all the family. Being in the third grade and walking to Wellston High School to met you so we could walk home together. I felt so grown up sitting in your Spanish class with you. Going to "Katz" drug store for cherry cokes, before walking home together .I remember the meetings you and you girl friends would have at the house
you always included me in them. Why you never considered me a BRAT , I'll never know, or maybe you did. I remember Mom being pregnant with Doug. The three of us (Mom, you & me) sleeping together on two single roll a way beds pushed together. We took turns sleeping in middle. Going to The Arena to see "Elvis Presley" in his Gold Lame suit. You borrowing my Hula Hoop to enter a contest. Did you win? How about your first car, a itty-bitty Nash Metropolitan. WOW. I remember you wedding day, how beautiful you looked. I remember coming to California with you and Bob, living in a tent on Seal Beach for awhile. The visits between our families, trips to Disneyland, Magic Mountain. Mom being with us. Thank you Sis for these memories and so many more. I love you.
