Born and raised in Selma, Ca., Karen attended college, started her family, and became a business owner in Reedley, Ca. where she lived with her husband of almost 46 years, Mark. Together, they have two daughters, Autumn Givens-Avalos and Katrina Givens-Powers. After daughters, they were blessed with two grandsons, Trajan and Tyree Powers.
Karen was also blessed to gain wonderful members to her family: son-in-law Miguel Angel Avalos and granddaughter-in-law Aryanna Randrup. Of course, Karen's family would not be complete without her fur babies and grand fur babies: Buddy, Claire, Charlie, Brock, Minnie, Maggie, Coco, Channel, and Mufasa.
Karen knew the force of God’s love and glory and returned home to rest in His light.
