She worked at Baley’s Manufacturing Co. for 35 years until the company closed. Then she worked for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Fresno, CA for 8 years and retired at 65 years.
She is survived by her brother, Frank Gomez - Dinuba; her sisters, Antonia Viramontes - Sanger, Rachel Chavez - San Jose; Beatrice Garcia - Sanger; daughter-in-law, Tamara Tilley -Fresno; grandson, Anthony Reyes - Fresno; granddaughter, Latisha Palomino - Fresno; 2 great -grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by son, Angelo Reyes; father, Ysmael Gomez; mother, Ruth Gomez; brother, Ysmael Gomez Jr., Jess Lopez and David Lopez; sister, Esther Garcia.
Funeral Mass will be held October 30, 2026 at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, 2590 E. North Ave., Sanger, CA at 10:00 AM. Burial service at Sanger Cemetery, 568 S. Rainbow Road.
Immediately following a Reception will be held at the Eagles Hall 225 “J” st. in Sanger.
