Susana Moreno Shebelut

Susana is survived by her sons, Adrian Garcia (Brenda Oviedo) and Elias Garcia, her sister Geraldine Castillo, and her sister Celestina Hernandez. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Juanita Soto Moreno. Additionally, she is survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her sister, Eva Lara, and her brothers, David Soto Moreno, Gabriel Soto Moreno, and Daniel Soto Moreno.

Pallbearers for the services will include Adrian Garcia, Elias Garcia, Luis Oviedo, Harvey Beltran, Ismael Varela, and Alejandro Alvarado.

A visitation will be held on February 19, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Dopkins Reedley Funeral Chapel, located at 2200 South Reed Avenue, Reedley, California. A chapel service will take place on February 20, 2026, at 10:00 am at the same location. Following the chapel service, a graveside service will be held at Smith Mountain Cemetery, 42088 Road 100, Dinuba, California, at 11:00 am.
