Agnes E Small

Agnes Evelyn Small (Ries) passed away peacefully in Indian Head, at the Golden Prairie Nursing Home on Sunday, March 12, 2022 at the age of 93. Agnes was pre-deceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Bill; her devoted daughter Susan Hubbs; son-in-law Les Hubbs; cherished parents Lawrence and Sophie Ries; sisters Edith (Otto) Posehn; Mary (Henry) Miller; and 2 brothers in infancy. Left to cherish her memories are her daughter Laura (Don) Spence and son Ken (Grace) Small. Her grandchildren Jeff Spence (Vicki); Angela Spence (Mark); Seann (Nasha) Spence; Laurie (Mike) Heisler; Garrett (Jackie) Small and Dustin Small. Her 11 great-grandchildren Tyson (Danielle); Jackson; Abby; Becca; Kyle; Aleska; Gabriella; Asher; Ezra; Madison and Bailee. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Evelyn (Sam) Small and numerous nieces and nephews. The family expresses their deepest gratitude to all the staff at the Golden Prairie Nursing home for providing such wonderful care to Agnes. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Association. A Celebration of Agnes’ life will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 Victoria Avenue E, Regina, SK.
