Blaine was born in Regina on October 3, 1966, to Wayne and Elaine Ottoson. Blaine graduated in 1985 from Miller Comprehensive High School.
Blaine was an avid drummer who was most passionate about music throughout is life. He loved perfecting the sound of music through an extensive knowledge of audio equipment, he was a skilled Hi-Fi enthusiast. He was a jack of all trades, and a perfectionist in anything he set his mind to.
Blane is survived by his girlfriend Cari McPherson; his children Haley, Dustin, and Nathan; Chantelle and Christopher; parents Elaine and Wayne; siblings Josie (Mike), and Shvonne (Brian). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Blaine is now at peace, joining his Grandparents, special Aunts and Uncles and his favourite Rock & Roll idols.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 VIctoria Ave E, Regina, Saskatchewan.
